I had an anxious weekend. The CESO volunteer I was supposed to be working with, the one with the experience in the airline industry had not worked out. The people in La Paz phoned late Friday to say that they had some concerns about my lack of experience with airline tariffs and could I be available for conference call Monday.
I made up a lot of stories in my head about them cancelling the assignment.Susan and Brian Musgrove gave me some good coaching and by the time the call happened I was feeling confident. They simply wanted to change the terms of reference to look at the financial operation of Airports where I have more experience. Everything is fine.
